The making of StackArabic

The reason for creating StackArabic was because I want to help those looking to learn Egyptian Arabic and to share a better way of learning with my course. I studied the language (dialect) entirely by myself. Why?
There weren't any decent sources available to learn from.
How did I learn it then you might ask. You've got a point.
Well...
I did too much for what is required to learn a language.
- First
I searched and searched through available sources (Youtube, reddit, forums, everywhere).
I looked at available courses but none were appealing to me, they didn't feel personal. The sources were old, dare I say boring.
I didn't know where to start so I did what anyone would do without guidance: study from source 1, source 2, source 3, and so on without any structure. This made it all much harder to actually learn something.

I said to myself after becoming fluent, things have to change for those interested in learning the language. Things have to be easier, clearer and better!

That's why I've decided to do these things with my course: Put up a structure, create a personal approach between student and teacher and the most important one: be available to help. You need to be passionate in this industry, you need to be really interested in helping out and willing to work on yourself (as a person and on your course).
So at StackArabic, you can count on my support (and I mean it)! 😀

That brings me to another point: StackArabic wouldn't exist if my course wasn't taken down from one popular site. It starts with U and ends in (taking down your course) Y.
That's a story for another day.
